1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EcoResourceHub platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to professionally use the EcoResourceHub platform for industrial symbiosis, material sourcing, and compliance reporting. This license does not include:
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the platform.
- Using the platform for fraudulent or malicious activities.
- Unauthorized scraping of industrial directory data.
- Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
3. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Industrial Symbiosis Transactions
EcoResourceHub provides the protocol and marketplace for material exchange. While we provide smart contract generation and verification tools, the final execution and legal responsibility of material transfers lie with the transacting parties.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on EcoResourceHub's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. EcoResourceHub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EcoResourceHub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany (Berlin) and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
